Immunizations

IMPORTANT: In June 2019, the New York State Legislature amended the state’s laws governing immunizations for school children. This amendment eliminated religious exemptions from immunizations and took effect immediately. All students must receive immunizations as required by New York State Health Law, unless the student’s parent/guardian can obtain a certification from a treating physician that the required immunization(s) would be detrimental to the child’s health.

For a copy of the New York State Immunization Requirements for School Entrance/Attendance, see the Related Files at the bottom of this page.
