Evaluation Agencies

Listed below are the agencies approved by Onondaga County Health Department to complete preschool evaluations. The child's parent/guardian may choose any agency that is able to complete the evaluation within the 30-day timeline set by New York State Education Department. Some agencies are able to complete the evaluation at the child's home, preschool or daycare. Some require that the evaluation take place at their location. The agencies that provide an evaluation at their location only have been noted with an asterisk (*).
