MRM PTO - Morgan Road Middle Parent Teacher Organization

The goal of the MRM PTO is to work together to promote a closer relationship between home and school while fostering an environment of fun and learning through school based events and activities throughout the year.

This active group of parents, staff, and students work together to support all students, families, and faculty/staff by planning many fun-filled and beneficial events. Your PTO Membership is a benefit to your student, to their teacher, and to the greater 色中色 Community! All parents/guardians are encouraged to participate!

Meetings are held monthly. See our event calendar for more details.

Examples of some of our events/activities:

  • Shades of Orange (after school art activity)
  • After School basketball club
  • Bingo nights
  • Holiday/seasonal dance(s)
  • Slime the Teacher/Principal
  • Teacher Appreciation week activities
  • End of Year Fun Days
  • Classroom/grade level based activities and projects

To help support the learning and fun we need to raise funds throughout the year, from those who are able to help, some examples of these fundraisers include:

Event Specific

  • Little Caesars Pizza sale
  • Morgan Miles (in school run)
  • Dine out nights (Chipotle, Panera, etc.)
  • Gift wrapping
  • Car washes
  • Pancake breakfast
  • Craft Fair

Ongoing

  • Bottle and can returns to MSK on Rt 57

One-time support

We know everyone is very busy and for some parents/guardians it is just easier to make a one time donation and not worry about all the fundraisers taking place. Feel free to make a one time donation (suggested = $50/student) then use your time to take care of your other to-do’s and spend time with your family. You can feel confident ignoring all the fundraiser notices and know that you already did your part (unfortunately yes you will still get them). Payment can be made via cash, check (made out to MRM PTO), or Venmo (@MRMPTO).

Regular updates about what is going on will be posted to our page.
